Life Model v2 - Precession

Life Model v2, April 26 2026

I'd like to look into something I didn't write about back then but is very exciting.

Firstly, let us look at "Precession". The term comes from contemporary physics and is famous for being very interesting. Check this video: MIT Physics Demo -- Bicycle Wheel Gyroscope

Buckminster Fuller observed that this unintuitive and unintended effect is not just observed in physical phenomenon but the very way everything works, including human social structures, evolution, money, etc.

Bucky gives the famous example of honey bees where cross pollination is not something the bee is consicously trying to do. The Bee is programmed to seek out nector, and the precessional effect of its drive is pollination. Man is similarly designed to have drives of survival, oxygen, shelter, etc. All of which combined produce the technological progress we now have with us today. In the post First Picture of Earth, I mention how Earth's first picture was a result of Hitler's pursuit of death. Hitler probably didn't intend to do that.

Basically, precession is the effect of one system on another, where the effect is at 90 degrees to the direction of the first system's motion or intent. It is the "sideways" or "unintended" effect that results from an interaction.

Now, coming back to our life model v2, first we make the point that our model is being plotted on a tetrahedron. In a tetrahedron, each edge is at 90 degree to its opposite edge. So we get the following precessional pairs:

Let us try to look at each of them.

1. Sadhana and World Game.

Sadhana is analogous to Yoga. Which, in simpler terms, means the union of the individual with the whole. Meanwhile, World Game refers to the useful utilization of world's resources for the benefit of all Earthians, it stands against the current working model of "World War Game".

As Sadhguru points out, one primary reason for the global chaos is that humans are searching for pleasantness outside, which is a misadventure because all experience is generated from the inside. Which statement is corroborated by how we see drugs, depression and medicine being way more common in the developed societies.

Humans are using the Earth's resources, be it plants, animals, minerals, all of it for personal satisfaction rather than for everyone on the planet. Naturally, if people can be pleasant without any perquisite, the Earth would no longer be a slave to the human pursuit of happiness.

At the same time, if you're playing the world game, you have consider everyone on the planet, all of the resources and all of human history, all of its problems, which dissolves your individuality, which is what yoga was about as we defined it.

2. Synergetics and Consecration

Consecration as the crossing of Body and World, refers to the - for lack of better word - pleasantness of your local surroundings. It involves things starting from the clothes you wear not being irritating, there not being loud noise around you, to what "consecration" actually refers to, which is the inducing of life into "non-alive" objects, turning them into tools of 'spiritual growth'.

Essentially, knowing Synergetics aka the language of nature allows you to architect your surroundings to be in sync with it. Which is how Bucky got his geodesic domes. Nature, too, uses the same geodesic math in virus capsids and DNA packaging, confirming that the pattern is not a human invention but god's personal architectural handbook. That's how you have the domes requiring so much less material while being able to withstand climates and situations which normal buildings would crumble in.

3. PKMS/Externalization and Leadership

Leadership involves any human interaction where you try to make things better for all parties involved. If you've tried to do that, you'll find yourself automatically "mapping things out" because you cannot possibly communicate anything inspiring without being clear about it yourself. At the same time, if you try to say, "think out loud" by yourself, following the GTD method of managing projects, you'll find yourself having a lot of bandwidth which naturally will free you to be present with people. GTD and Externalization allows you to organize your own life, because when your own life is a confusion, you can't possibly make space for someone else's.

For example, it is because I'm writing this now, I'm realizing the gaps in my own thinking. If instead of putting it on a blog I wrote it on some notepad, I could get away with being incoherent and non-sensical, but now that it may be read by someone, I cannot hide. And weirdly enough, that will make things better for me as well as everyone, which is leadership.

Leadership without clarity leads to chaos. And being clear about a lot of things but never sharing them leads to stagnation.
