Farm Visit
I've been visiting our family farm for a last few days to sneak a peek on a project regarding irrigation restructuring and such. And I've noticed a few things.
I had always assumed that all those folk who work there, already know all that is there to it. It was not the case. They were constantly brainstorming on what route to take, what methods to use, what timing to pick, what tools to use, and every piece of advice was being measured against the vote. Well, the larger point being that this might very much be how majority of the world works. What seems from the outside a flawlessly gatekept domain of experts might be just a veil to hide the messy parts.
Having been into Buckminster Fuller a fair bit, this intuition corroborates itself in the very weird gap between a domain of world which seems responsible for decision-making and a domain of the world which seems to face those decisions as consequences they could only partially intervene in the direction of.
With internet, AI and a lot of possibilities at our gate, it should be possible to do something which usually isn't normal to let your imagination wander into.
