Dynamism and Resistance
I was stuck, like how one gets stuck at times. Nothing grand. Noticing this familiar feeling of a being on a train you don't remember getting into. The train stops every so often, but you are not sure if you can get out because you don't remember getting in. I was contemplating why I was stuck.
So I summoned the best question I could muster: What if true would make everything else right?
The answer which got back: Dynamism.
That's a new word even for me, first time I'm using it in this manner. But it refers to when you're living life with a fresh memory of recalling a discovery you made which surprised you as you were trying to find an answer to an important quest(ion) you remember asking which seemingly was your own query. And finding yourself doing the same thing repeatedly. And realizing that a path is being unfolded which nobody could have known would, and nobody could've confirmed the importance of in advance. Yet, you knew that's the best path there is.
Then I was wondering, well if that is the way ahead, why am I not walking it? I want to walk it right now but what got me in this train of apathy and undescribed confusion without cause?
Resistance.
Steven Pressfield's Resistance. The force of nature whose only goal is to sabotage all forms of growth, subtly or overtly, logically or illogically, with or without permission. It is surprising it got me. And I hope it is surprised I got back to it.
Dynamism is a smooth cut through Resistance. Like you swing a sword which cuts through the dragon's neck so fast, it doesn't yet realize it. You don't either. But you're unharmed.

PS 2: In his book 'Do the Work', Steven Pressfield speaks of a force opposite to Resistance: Assistance. "The universal, immutable force of creative manifestation, whose role since the Big Bang has been to translate potential into being." That seems rather nearby my idea of Dynamism. Very interesting.
